In 2003, my father worked in the tech industry as a project manager for Compaq™. As standard living expenses were rising in California, he realized that the quality of life for his family would be better off in Texas.

When he shared his idea of moving to Texas with friends and family, they asked what he would do for a living in the Lone Star State. At the time, my grandpa was living in Houston running a Pho Saigon restaurant on Gessner Road. His simple reply to everyone was, "We're going to join the family business."

After moving to Houston, it only took our family one year to find it's treasured location in the heart of Cypress, Texas. That being said, this town in Houston has a very special meaning to our family. It is also an environment that has, and will continue to foster some of the world's greatest athletes, artists, and entrepreneurs.

It is our pleasure to nourish such a talented community.  That is where our mantra; "A strong community starts from the bowl," stems from. Because when people in our community prosper and grow into the best versions of themselves, that means they are truly getting the nourishment and compassion needed to support their growth.
